The final Hymn Sing Cafe for this season was held on Wednesday, May 8 with 60 people joining in song and fellowship. Once again we welcomed our featured guests, the David Durward Bell Ringers. They presented beautiful arrangements of ‘Joyful, Joyful We Adore Thee ‘, ‘In The Garden’ and ‘Lord of the Dance’ under the direction of Katherine Rochester.
We extend our deepest condolences to the Bell Ringers Musical Director Nancy Kraus on the passing of her husband Irv on May 8th.
We have folks from many different denominations and the wider community joining us on a regular basis which is such a blessing to us.
Sincere appreciation to Katherine Rochester, Alistair and Dawn McIlwraith, Peter Goudy, Denise McClellan, Debbie McKevitt, the Central Congregation and Session for your support, and to all of our wonderful volunteers who greet, provide delicious treats and help set up and clean up.
