Well folks, our summer food drive has come to an end. This year, we collected 1,575 boxes of cereal for the Cambridge Self Help Food Bank. If you remember way back at the beginning, we set a modest goal of 500 boxes. We blew past that goal by Canada Day. Next up was 1,000 boxes. By the August long weekend, that too was in our rear view mirror. So, we set one last goal 1,500 boxes of cereal. And you got us past that goal too!

Thank-you to everyone who contributed. We couldn’t have done it without you. And a special thanks again this year to the Van-Drutens. As always, their hard work organizing this made this a wonderful success.

Just because our drive has ended, doesn’t mean you can’t still help us support our friends at the Cambridge Self Help Food Bank. The baskets are still at the back of the church each Sunday. You can always bring in a non-perishable food item for the Food Bank.

Again, from the Missions Team, thank-you to everyone who contributed.
