Today we rolled up our sleeves and showed some love for our city!
This morning, 17 amazing volunteers from our congregation joined the Cambridge Community Cleanup to help clean up litter in the downtown core of Cambridge. Armed with gloves, bags, and a lot of enthusiasm, our team spread out through the streets, parks, and sidewalks to make our shared spaces a little cleaner and a little brighter.
It’s amazing how much of a difference a group of caring people can make in just a couple of hours. Along the way there was plenty of laughter, great conversations, and the simple satisfaction of leaving our city better than we found it.
A huge thank you to all 17 volunteers who gave their Saturday morning to serve our community. Your energy, generosity, and willingness to pitch in are what make this church such a blessing to our city.
Downtown looks a little better today because of you. 💚
