It's Time to Spill the Beans!

This year, for our summer challenge food drive for the Cambridge Self Help Food Bank, we will be collecting baked beans. Baked beans are a good source of protein, something that's often hard for people on a tight budget to include in their diet.

There are several ways you can be part of our campaign:

  1. Bring your cans to church on Sunday.
  2. Make an e-Transfer to office@cpcmail.ca. Don't forget to indicate that your donation is for Fill the Bean Pot
  3. Donate online through our campaign on Canada Helps.

Our drive officially begins June 5th. Regardless of how you participate, your contributions will help our friends at the Cambridge Self Help Food Bank make a difference in the lives of people in our community who are struggling through these tough times.

Are we on pace for our goal of 1,000 boxes by Labour Day? Let's just say... the math says we need to dig in and eat our Wheaties.

The good news is that every single box helps our friends at the Cambridge Food Bank provide struggling families with a nutritious start to their day.

So, if you're heading to the grocery store this week, consider tossing an extra box of cereal into your cart. Together, we can make these next few weeks count.

Let's see what we can stack up by next Sunday!
