That's more like it!
We've still got a long way to go and a short time to get there, but this week's haul was pretty good.
122 boxes. That brings our total to 652. Not Bad at all.
Of course, many thanks go to our families who attended VBS last week. As always, the kids came through again.
Remember, every box we collect helps our friends at the Cambridge Food Bank make sure kids can start the day with a nutritious breakfast. School will be returning soon (Sorry kids) and making sure kids start the day with a full belly is critical to a good day at school. It's an important tool in the learning process.
So, let's keep those boxes coming in. Bring them on Sunday or bring them into the office Tuesday or Thursday mornings. Our drive runs through Labour Day weekend.
