Annual Congregational Meeting

Everyone who attends Central and contributes to the life and work of the congregation is invited to participate in the meeting as we review 2025 and plan for 2026.
Elrey and Elsie have kindly offered childcare during the meeting.

 

INVITATION: To thank us for our hospitality during their construction, Grace Bible Church has invited us to worship with them on Sunday February 15.  There will not be a service at Central that day.  Their worship service starts at 10:30 am.

 

Hymn Sing Cafe Returns

Join us February 11th @ 2pm in the sanctuary. We will be joined by Katherine Rochester at the organ and Elizabeth Cresswell will lead us in singing many favourite hymns. Refreshments to follow.

We are exploring the possibility of small group activities at Central and want to hear your thoughts on topics, group size, areas of interest, and meeting frequency. If this interests you, please join us for a brief meeting on Sunday, February 8, 2026, immediately after the service in the Parlor.

Curious about faith? You’re invited to Alpha, a welcoming course that explores the basics of the Christian faith in a friendly, open environment, no pressure and no judgment.

🍽 Dinner Served: 6:30 PM
Each evening includes a shared meal, a short talk, and time for honest discussion. Alpha is for everyone—whether you’re new to faith, returning after time away, or simply curious. All are welcome. Pictionary Extravaganza!

If you can draw as well as Picasso, or decode hieroglyphics at the speed of light, we want you! If your fridge is covered in toddler art that only you can decipher, we need you!
If you enjoy laughing and fellowship, we have the event for you!
Join us on Saturday Feb. 21, from 1-3pm, in the Fellowship Hall. This event is for everyone! We will play a large group game of Pictionary. Please plan to attend!
