The ceiling at Rachel’s Children’s Home is now insulated. However, it still has no heat source and the temperature in Lesotho does dip below zero at night and they do get occasional snow. This is the reality under which Hilda and Godwill are raising the orphans at the home.
With the harsh conditions in mind, before the storm damage, we dipped into our reserves to purchase track suits for each child. It is with your support that we have been able to maintain that fund and we thank you for your ongoing generosity.
It is winter in Lesotho, and these suits, along with the warm clothes, will make life more bearable.
