This Week At Central
THANK YOU! to everyone who joined in the Presbyterian World Service and Development run/walk/ride for girls’ education in Afghanistan in October, both sponsors and participants. Close to $35,000 was raised by the congregations of our presbytery to support this important effort, promoting the peaceful development of a basic human need. Your achievement will be recognized by the Canadian government with matching CIDA funding for the project.

The Outreach Committee at Trinity Anglican Church (12 Blair Rd., Galt) would like to invite you to our third interdenominational World AIDS Day Church Service on Tuesday, December 1 at 7:00 p.m.
Our guest speaker will be Dr. Anne-Marie Zajdlik from the Masai HIV/AIDS Centre in Guelph. She will share her experiences from the Tsepong Clinic, a life-saving HIV/AIDS treatment centre in Lesotho, Africa.
