It’s official. We are returning to Maputsoe in March 2012.
- We will construct 2 ablution blocks, one for boys and one for the girls. Each facility will have 3 showers and two bathtubs.
- We will upgrade and equip the nursery.
- We will provide health-care for the children, and training in health and safety.
- Provide mentorship opportunities for the teachers.
- And most of all, we will remind the children that they haven’t been forgotten. We will show God’s love to them and we will give them hope.
Our team this year is 30 members strong. Over the next months, we will introduce you to the team. Of course, if this mission is to be a success, our team must grow far beyond the 30 volunteers who are going. We will need Central and the community to get behind us.
We will also begin to tell the stories of those people behind the scenes. We will tell the story of those, who contribute their time, their energy and their resources to help make this mission a success.
